Find Relief with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
Whether you know it or not, your body is constantly communicating with you. EFT (aka tapping) is an easy to use therapeutic tool that heightens your awareness relating to these bodily messages. By combining cognitive therapy with gentle tapping on acupressure points (which creates a connection between the mind and body) we will work to uncover the root causes of any physical and emotional pain, limiting beliefs, unwanted behaviours and anything else that is preventing you from thriving.
My approach
My goal is to help you get unstuck and back on track by uncovering and eliminating emotional energy blockages, unwanted thought patterns and limiting beliefs. I love reconnecting clients with their body’s inner guiding system and working together to increase awareness of the drivers behind current thoughts, patterns of behaviour and emotional states.
I believe that everyone has a unique inner guiding system and that the body is constantly communicating with us. All we have to do is bring greater awareness to these signals and work with them so that we can free ourselves of deep conditioning and live more authentically.
I create a safe, respectful, therapeutic environment and use EFT, NLP and Human Design to find and clear the root cause of issues such as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, physical pain, addictions, sleep disturbances, procrastination, bitterness, frustration, resentment, anger, disappointment and anything else that is getting in the way of how you want to feel and live your life.
What to expect
Experience EFT from the comfort of your home. All appointments take place via Skype, saving you time and money. To get the most out of your sessions, please provide as much detail as possible when filling in the new client form. On the day of your appointment, choose a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed. Please also bring a glass or bottle of water to your session. EFT works best when you are hydrated.
